Foods From Cloned Animals Safe to Eat: FDA

This is the latest news from the FDA. What are your thoughts on it? I think it's disgusting and am glad I gave up meat. Soon we will be seeing "cage-free, no horomones, no antibiotics, vegetarian fed, organic, high Omega-3, and clone-free eggs" on cartons of eggs... here is the article: http://health.usnews.com/usnews/health/healthday/080115/foods-from-cloned-animals-safe-to-eat-fda.htm

POST SCRIPT: I saw on the news this morning that there are a lot of cloned animals and because creating a cloned animal is so expensive (15k) farmers will use cloned animals for breeding purposes, so the meat sold in stores will be the offspring of cloned animals. This is still disturbing to me.

You won't even know the meat you are eating is from a clones animal because the FDA has said farmers don't have to label meat. Can you believe that?! Diary products will also be from cloned cows...
